Our Process

     After completing the client questionnaire you will be ready to have our designer come out to meet with you at your home to discuss your goals and ideas, while working within your budget. 

     Our designer will create plans based on the client questionnaire and their meeting with you.  They will contain a full color ‘Concept Drawing’ and if needed a ‘Builders Drawing.  The Builders Drawing is optional, but usually a good idea.  It contains all the information a contractor or do-it-yourselfer will need to bid and build the project; site measurements, elevations, quantities, and specific materials or reference pictures as needed.  After receiving your plans, your designer will be at your disposal to answer questions about your design, or the upcoming construction process, via text, phone, and email throughout the construction process.

     If your design requires new structures such as custom shelters, large arbors, awnings, or outbuildings such as, sheds, barns, gazebos, or even tree houses we will be happy to provide you with detailed designs that will match your home and style.  All though these deigns may need to be certified by an engineer before receiving permission from your local city or county to build them.  We use an out of house engineering service to create certified engineered plans for you.

Pricing

We offer a variety of services to our clients on an as needed basis, meaning you won’t pay for anything you don’t need.
We offer special discounts to seniors (over 65), military veterans, and community service men and women (Police, Fire, and First Responders) as well as foster parents, charitable or non-profit organizations.   We also offer very special discounts to military combat veterans, pastors, and winners of community service awards.  If you are a contractor ask about our contractor wholesale pricing.
Your cost is based on how much time our designer needs to spend on you lot, the complexity of the project, and how many additional drawings need to be created in order to meet your needs. Please contact us for exact pricing for your project.
